We’d love to meet you and share good spirits at our next Talk and Taste.
James has dedicated his life to craft spirits, he began distilling in Alaska at a young age (too young to mention!). From there he’s travelled the world and ended up in the stunning Margaret River Region. Tasting Absinthe in Prague or Bourbon in Kentucky James’s experiences have influenced his approach to distilling. You’ll learn about his philosophy towards making some of the Region’s most awarded spirits. And of course, you’ll get to taste the good stuff! Includes two spirit tastings in the Still House. Limited to 10 guests. Only available Monday to Friday. 11:00am or 1:30pm.
