Our distillery door is the perfect place to taste our range of award-winning spirits and liqueurs. Enjoy good cheer and better spirits nestled in the heart of Margaret River Wine Country. 


This tasting includes all four of our Caribbean-style house crafted Rums. As the first distillery established in the region, we have been making premium, small batch spirits for a decade. The Grove’s highly sought after rums are a huge favourite with those in the know. After a year living in the Caribbean absorbing local knowledge and expertise, Head Distiller James Reed refined his secret Spiced Rum recipe which is now lovingly distilled, aged for two-plus years in The Grove’s own ex-bourbon barrels and hand bottled on site. Our Dark Rum is a five-year barrel aged sipping rum that recently won Gold at the Australian Rum Awards. 


Rounding out this tasting off is our best-selling Coconut Rum which can be used to make a range of delicious cocktails or simply serve with plenty of ice and your favourite mixer and our Premium White Rum.
